Prom Makeup Tutorial (mainly drugstore)
Hi loves! This video is a PROM MAKEUP TUTORIAL! YAY! Not only that, but the majority of the products I use are drugstore! You can wear this look to any special occasion, whether it be prom, a formal (for us Aussies) or a birthday party! Classic Hollywood MakeUp / Celeb Red Carpet MakeUp Tutorial
This style of makeup has been seen on many celebs on the red carpet for events such as the Oscars.
But I took some inspiration from the old school beauties such as Rita Hayworth & Marilyn Monroe, and put a modern day spin on it.
Usually it's all about the eyeliner & red lips for this style, but I decided to glam it up by accentuating the eyes with a defined outer edge using matte eyeshadow, and taking the liner across the waterline. This really makes your eyes appear more feminine and sexy.

When I go on a night out, I always go for a feline cat-eye. So, I decided to do a tutorial based on this style of eye makeup.

I decided with this tutorial to include as much of the 'prep' as I could, so I inserted a couple of photos from when making the prosthetic cheeks (even though I was unfortunately unable to them) as well as my DIY headpiece. So I do hope you find these useful / interesting.
