Classic Hollywood MakeUp / Celeb Red Carpet MakeUp Tutorial

This tutorial is based on a classic Hollywood makeup with equally classic hollywood hair to match.
This style of makeup has been seen on many celebs on the red carpet for events such as the Oscars. 
But I took some inspiration from the old school beauties such as Rita Hayworth & Marilyn Monroe, and put a modern day spin on it.

Usually it's all about the eyeliner & red lips for this style, but I decided to glam it up by accentuating the eyes with a defined outer edge using matte eyeshadow, and taking the liner across the waterline. This really makes your eyes appear more feminine and sexy.
